EXOSOME

BIOMARKER ANALYSIS

Accelerating Exosome Biomarker Discovery & Drug Development research using our patented microfluidic technology dzITP.

Exploring exosome potential

Exosomes are nanosized particles secreted by all cells for communication. They reflect the molecular information of cells and their own environment (proteins, RNAs, metabolites). Exosomes are present in all body fluids (blood, urine, saliva, ect). They are safe delivery packages for cellular information and take part in cellular pathways.

Exosomes have great potential for non-invasive diagnostics and novel therapeutics!

Exosome Isolation

We developed a proprietary technology dzITP to offer a highly efficient method to isolate and characterise exosomes from different samples. The method is based on the electrophoretic mobility, which is a unique property of every component in a sample. In one short procedure we can isolate and quantify exosomes. Moreover, in the same procedure we can quantify impurities of different natures.

Biomarker Discovery

At EXIT071, we are developing an integrated and automated platform for exosome isolation and molecular analysis. Metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics, and transcriptomics are already well-established techniques. Connecting them with our high purity and efficiency, exosome isolation microfluidic technology will open up new possibilities for high-quality biomarker discovery in high throughput format.

Microfluidic technology

Our proprietary microfluidic technology is a powerful way to enrich, separate, and filter exosomes from complex samples.
