- Interferometry (SP-IRIS): Captured EVs are sized and counted using Single-Particle Interferometric Reflectance Imaging Sensing. This provides absolute concentration and sizing with exceptional precision (sizing error ≤5%).
- Immunofluorescence: EVs are labelled with up to three fluorescent probes, enabling single vesicle colocalization analysis. This allows you to confirm the simultaneous presence of multiple markers on the same individual vesicle.
